We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or permanently remove any Service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or discontinuation.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide license to access and use the Website for personal or professional purposes. This license is subject to the following restrictions:

Under no circumstances will ToolZip's total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action arising from these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve (12) months (which for a free service is zero).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ToolZip and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Services in violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any right of privacy, publicity, or intellectual property;
• Any claim that content you provided to or through the Services caused damage to a third party.

8. Termination
